You may cancel your participation in the INSPIRE SUMMIT '18 at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy listed below.
Registration cancellations received 90 days prior to the Event incur a 25% processing/administrative fee. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after event. If you must cancel for any reason, notify our registration department by 90 days prior to the Event at [email protected]
Cancellations less than 90 days prior to the Event are non-refundable for any reason. Substitutions are allowed up to 7 days prior to the event in order to give us enough time to update the badge. If you are unable to make the event and notify us within 14 days the event start date you may exchange the ticket for a voucher to use for a future event. Vouchers have no cash value and can only be used to register for a similar value ticket for a future event. Organizers reserve the right to cancel the event at any time for any reason and there shall be no refunds. If the event is cancelled the organizers may at their discretion offer attendees the opportunity to exchange their tickets for a future event. Organizers also reserve the right to reschedule the event to be held at a different date and location.
