Serviced apartments are gaining ground in the hospitality industry, and the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) aims to provide the assurance consumers need with their Quality Accreditation Process. ReviewPro, the world leader of guest intelligence solutions, will partner with the ASAP to provide online reputation management. This will form part of the onboarding process to screen potential members as well as ongoing monitoring and assessment.
ReviewPro data will also be communicated to the ASAP members in a quarterly report. The insights from the report will have the aim of giving guidelines to providers on where to make operational and service improvements, and act as a valuable opportunity to benchmark real-time performance.
“This is a fabulous opportunity to promote the value of serviced apartments to potential users by demonstrating that accredited operators are credible, safe, and offer due diligence to the consumer. ReviewPro’s solutions will provide a unique insight into the performance of a provider through online reputational management, complementing our very own Quality Accreditation Process brilliantly.” Says James Foice, Chief Executive, ASAP.
“The Quality Accreditation Process that ReviewPro is part of demonstrates commitment to credibility on the part of the ASAP, their members, and serviced apartments at a global level.” Says RJ Friedlander, CEO of ReviewPro, “I am delighted about the partnership, and to be part of the accreditation and ongoing assessment of properties.”
Members of the ASAP suggest Quality Accreditation is the single most important differentiator in the sector, so the association has now made it a condition of the ASAP membership. The move has been very well received within the corporate market as a number of organizations are actively preferring providers who are accredited in their purchasing strategy. ASAP has quality accredited members operating in 19 countries around the world.
Association of Serviced Apartment Providers is the not-for-profit trade body dedicated exclusively to the serviced apartment industry. All our members are fully accredited by our own Serviced Apartment Accreditation Process (ISAAP) and own and operate over 100,000 properties globally. Our membership also includes 12 serviced apartment agencies committed to supporting and growing the sector. www.theasap.org.uk
